Return & Exchange policy
At Lorevelle, your satisfaction and trust are our priority. Below is our return and exchange policy:
1. Return & Exchange Timeframe
We accept return or exchange requests within 5 days only from the date of receiving your order. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
2. Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Products
Due to the personal nature of our hygiene-related products, all items are considered final sale. However, exceptions are made in the following cases:
- Receiving an incorrect product that does not match your order.
- Receiving a damaged or defective product (with photo or video proof within 24 hours of receiving the order).
3. Conditions for Approval (in exception cases)
- The product must be in its original, unused condition.
- It must include all original packaging and accessories.
- The issue must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the item.
- Return shipping costs are covered by the customer (unless the issue is due to an error on our part).
4. Return / Exchange Request Process
- Contact us via email or WhatsApp with your order number and supporting images or video.
- We will respond within 2–3 business days.
- If approved, we’ll coordinate the return pickup or exchange and issue a refund accordingly.
5. Allergy Disclaimer
While we strive to formulate and source our products to be gentle and suitable for most users, we cannot guarantee 100% compatibility for everyone.
We strongly recommend performing a patch test on a small area of the skin and waiting 24 hours before full use.
